As for desserts, the Chocolate Fondant served with berries compote and Vanilla ice cream is a real treat that simply melts in your mouth.
The beach front Islander’s Grill makes a delicious Tuna Carpacio to begin with. Meanwhile, its specialty is freshly caught seafood such as the Maldivian Red Crab cooked in the style of your choice. Their desserts include a lovely Brown Sugar Pavlova as well as the Maldivian favourite Kiru Boakiba, a coconut custard served with a twist.
Evenings by the pool become more special with Reflections, an infinity pool mirroring spectacular sunsets. This pool bar for adults also has a happy hour special discount and a menu of gourmet light bites led by some chill-out tunes.
However, if you would like some pool time with the kids, the family snack bar, Fluid has a big pool with a cable slide for kids with fresh fruit smoothies, snack and shareable plates to quickly refresh.
