TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Free of charge cancellation until 7 days before arrival, except for stays fall between December 23rd to January 10th, guests can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. Total price of the reservation will be charged for cancellation made after cut-off date.
- No-shows and early departures will be charged 100% of the total stay.
- Rates are subject to 10% service charge, 16% GST, and green tax of USD 6 per person per night.
- Return Free shared Seaplane Transfer from/to Velana International Airport for two with a minimum of four nights stay until 23rd December 2025.
- Flight details must be provided at least 7 days in advance to enable seaplane transfer arrangements to be made.
- Offer is valid only for new bookings in Suite categories. All rates quoted are per night per suite including promotions.
