Terms of use of Sun Siyam Gift Card
These terms and conditions explain the legal terms that apply to the purchase and use of digital gift cards from Sun Siyam Resorts.
Sun Siyam Resorts Gift Card is managed by Techsembly.com, as an agent for Sun Siyam Resorts, collecting payments on our behalf. Techsembly’s website has separate terms that apply to its use. By purchasing a Gift Card on this site, you agree to be legally bound by these Consumer Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, negotiated benefit or agreement.
Purchase
No contract will exist between you and Sun Siyam Resorts until your order is confirmed via email (issued by Techsembly). Once confirmed, the order is considered final. Please check the confirmation details and contact us at [email protected] immediately if changes are needed.
Validity
Each gift card is subject to individual terms available on both the product page and on the gift card itself. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase another gift card. Multiple gift cards can be used in a single transaction.
Issuing & Delivery
Upon purchase, a confirmation email is sent to the resort, the recipient receives the digital gift card, and the purchaser receives a confirmation email. Please check spam/junk folders if not received. For email address corrections, contact [email protected] immediately.
Redemption
Please mention that a Gift Card will be the preferred method of payment when making a booking. Digital gift card must be presented at the time of redemption. Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions unless stated. Always refer to the individual product page for redemption instructions. All accommodation redemptions require advance booking via [email protected], subject to availability.
Credits and Refunds
Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. No cashback or partial refunds will be issued.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Cards
Sun Siyam Resorts and Techsembly are not liable for any lost or stolen card information or any unauthorized use if your card details or PIN are compromised. If you suspect that a Gift Card has been copied, stolen or compromised in any way, please contact Techsembly’s Customer Support.
Data Protection
Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy. Your information may be shared with Techsembly solely for processing and delivery of your order.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Maldives.
Copyright
All content on the Sun Siyam Resorts website is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
Other Important Terms
Your contract for the gift card is with Sun Siyam Resorts. Techsembly is not liable for any failure by Sun Siyam Resorts to fulfil your order, including in the event of insolvency or cessation of business. For any queries, please contact [email protected].
