The talented culinary team from Sun Siyam Olhuveli demonstrated their exceptional skill, creativity, and teamwork at the 19th Edition of the Hotel Asia Culinary Challenge 2025 from 19 to 22 October 2025. They earned multiple accolades across key categories, reaffirming the resort’s status as one of the Maldives' leading culinary destinations.

Hosted by the Chefs Guild of Maldives, the competition featured a distinguished panel of 25 judges, including 15 international culinary experts and 10 Maldivian professionals, bringing together a global perspective of standards and artistry. The event continues to serve as one of the most prestigious platforms for chefs in the Maldives to demonstrate innovation and mastery across diverse culinary disciplines.
