What time can I check in?
Guests are welcome to check in from 14.00, and we kindly ask that you check out by 12.00 on the day of departure.
What is the WOW! All Inclusive meal plan?
With the WOW! Inclusive meal plan, you’ll enjoy island-wide dining and unlimited drinks in 11 of our restaurants and bars, including five specialty à la carte venues for dinner. Are Gala Dinners included in my meal option?
For guests staying during the holiday season, we hold special Gala Dinners on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day at an extra cost. Please get in touch for more information.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard.
Are all taxes included?
Our rates exclude applicable taxes and service changes. Goods and Services is added at 12%, Service Charge at 11.2 % and Green Tax at $6 per guest per day.
Can I use my drone at the resort?
We take the privacy and safety of our guests very seriously, and therefore have a strict No Drone Policy in place. The full policy is outlined below.
Queda prohibido el manejo de sistemas aéreos no tripulados o drones en el resort o sobre el mismo por parte de cualquier huésped o empleado, incluyendo aeromodelos para usos recreativos. Esto incluye drones utilizados para filmar o grabar en vídeo, así como drones utilizados por los medios de comunicación o periodistas que vuelen por encima o dentro de los límites del resort. Esta prohibición se extiende a cualquier dispositivo lanzado o manejado desde la propiedad, así como a los lanzados desde una propiedad privada fuera de los límites del resort.
Sun Siyam Resorts puede utilizar drones para fines comerciales en ocasiones puntuales. En estos casos, se tendrá mucho cuidado para minimizar el impacto a los huéspedes y proteger su privacidad.
